Step 1:

First, verify if the hospital is accredited with your HMO card.

If the hospital is accredited, proceed to the hospital's admission section. If not, visit an accredited hospital to prevent cash-out payments and denied claims. You can find the list of accredited facilities for each HMO by clicking below:

Step 3:

Please proceed to the Emergency Room admission area, complete the required form, and kindly notify the hospital personnel that you are a member of an HMO. Remember to present your HMO card upon arrival.

Continue with the necessary treatment.

NOTE:

-LOA is not required during emergency case, treatment first policy will apply.

-The hospital is in-charged with the LOA before discharged.

-Treatment will be by triage, if in case that there is a huge volume of emergency cases, hospital staff will prioritize the more severe case. Availment will be subject to hospital guidelines.

-Non-emergency case availed in an Emergency Room will not be covered and will be charged to members. **For hospitals with an outpatient department within the emergency room, the expenses will be covered, and no immediate payment will be required.
